Ingredients
  • 1lb mushrooms
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8strips bacoon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup scallions, sliced
  • 1tbsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Pull stems from mushrooms and discard. Toss mushrooms in olive oil. Mix together cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and half of the scallions. Stuff each mushroom with the cream cheese mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.
