Most of the time our movie nights are fairly basic, the typical popcorn sort of deal. Every now and then, though, I like to make it a little more special – and a new movie is a great excuse for a little something extra. I grabbed some necessities for a delicious sweet and salty snack bar – Ghostbusters themed of course!
Normally when we have a boys sleepover at our house, we just rely on the basement playroom and various toys to keep the kids occupied until closer to bedtime when we usually go the movie-and-popcorn route. Since it was a sleepover/birthday party, I decided to make things a little more festive. A quick trip to Walmart and less than $20 worth of supplies and my imagination got to work.
