You can style a beautiful traditional Christmas mantel for under $100 with these fab finds!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Christmas is my favorite holiday by far, and I love decorating my whole house for the season. Every year I try to mix up my decor style, and this year I opted for a traditional Christmas look, maybe with a tad of farmhouse country style mixed in.
Last year I styled my dining room using some fun new finds from At Home; this year I opted to start with my mantel.
Here’s how I created my traditional Christmas mantel decor with some great decor items from At Home Stores.
I fell in love with all these beautiful red decor pieces while browsing through my local At Home store, and knew I wanted to design a beautiful Christmas mantel with my new finds.
One of the first pieces I scooped up was this charming “Believe” sign; it reminded me of one of my favorite Christmas movies, Miracle on 34th St.
I absolutely love this little red sled. I wasn’t entirely sure what to do with it when I grabbed it, but it was just too adorable to pass up. Mixed in with these fabric and burlap wrapped presents adorned with sprigs of holly, I think it has the perfect touch of traditional country Christmas.
Christmas every year is on my family’s historic farm, so I love the added farm elements. I also bought a simple wooden sign that reads, “Christmas is better on the farm”, which I am donating to my family Christmas.
I already had a few poinsettias in my stash, so I stuffed the new Peace tin basket I picked up during my shopping trip. I added a few clip on ones I’ve had for years on either side of my tin tray.
My 3yo was with me during my shopping trip and picked out this fun reindeer pillow. I love how the red plaid ties in to the ultra soft red throw we also snagged.
I feel like this is such a cozy little display now, with the soft textures and warm Christmas colors.
I could not be happier with my traditional Christmas mantel!
