For the eleventh day of the #12DaysofChristmas blog hop, we are sharing our Christmas porch and entryway decorations!I finally gave up trying to post on time and embraced the “better a little late than never” spirit of the season. Life threw some curveballs, but I’m still here, still festive, still covered in glitter that definitely did not come off the way the package promised. So many thanks to Shirley at Intelligent Domestications for organizing and hosting this awesome hop!

We doubled down on our outdoor Christmas decorations this year. My husband has been wanting to line the roof with white lights for years, so we finally invested in it this year. I about lost three years off my life watching him and my brother crawl around the roof clipping lights to the gutters!

For the porch, I leaned into wintry elegance. A wreath hung by ribbon over the window is such a small detail, but it instantly makes your front door look pulled together. If you missed it, I shared the full porch setup in my Christmas windows decorating post, so feel free to hop over there for the rest of the sparkle.
Inside, the real fun begins. Our foyer is one of my favorite places to decorate. It’s the first thing you see when you walk in, so naturally it must project “holiday cheer” and not “we gave up sometime around Thanksgiving.” The entryway table is one of our earliest furniture purchases, and it’s become a little stage for whatever holiday mood I’m in.

This year, I swapped in a sparkly silver vase from the mantel and filled it with Christmas florals. My lantern stayed the same, stuffed with silver ornaments, because classic looks deserve repeat appearances. The rustic wrapped presents I used to keep near the mantel ended up getting evicted by our tree, which has taken over the living room like a seasonal overlord. So into the foyer they went, and honestly, they look happier there.

The “Believe” sign also migrated from its usual mantel spot to hang out next to Santa, because the man deserves proper signage. A few of my snowmen from the Snowman Cocoa Bar made the trip too, because what’s Christmas decorating without at least one snowman staring into your soul?

And finally, the sleigh. This gorgeous, ornate sleigh was stolen sourced straight from my mother’s giant Christmas stash. If she ever opened a holiday museum, no one would be surprised. It makes the perfect centerpiece for the foyer table and pulls the whole space together.

The best part of being part of this blog hop is the fact that my house is now fully decorated for Christmas. Every room. Every corner. If you don’t hear from me in January, it’s because I’m still taking it all down.
If you’re decorating your own porch or entryway and want some inspiration, stick around. This hop is full of incredible ideas, and I’ve got plenty more tutorials, craft projects, and printable décor coming your way. And yes, glitter will be involved. It always is.

I love that your porch is big enough for that love seat. Everything looks beautiful. I used to watch my neighbor at our old house walk around on his roof to put the lights all around the house, I don’t mind heights, but can’t handl watching other people do stuff that hight up!
