I had so much fun creating my Baby Sleeping Sign for my first Silhouette Monthly Challenge!!
I am so excited to start another monthly challenge, this time a Silhouette monthly challenge.
I’m sure all you crafty people have those friends who use your hobby (cough, addiction) to get their own stuff. In my case, my besty needed a new sign for her front porch, and this was a great reason to use my Silhouette.
So I pulled out an old clearance art I’d bought at Meijer a while back and got set to make it over.
So this was the original that I got on clearance for $6:
I pulled out all the pins and left the flower. I loved making over a cheap find. :/
So a Silhoutte design and a paint job later, here we are!
Nothing wrong with hitting up your crafty friend, right? LOL
Glad I could help, and, having had two kids of my of my own, I definitely know the value of such a sign.
Be sure to check out my other bloggy buddies and their awesome ideas!
