If you missed it, I shared a post a bit ago for our #MovieMondayChallenge on Steel Magnolias printable party props. I love that movie, and in that post, I promised I’d share a “pink Shelby drink” as well. Technically, this drink was created a year ago and I’ve been waiting to blog it, but it still fits the theme so I’m running with it!
“Pink is my signature color.”
Shelby’s wedding colors are blush and bashful, and pink is a perfect color for a Mother’s Day drink. This blend is also a perfect blend of flavors – you can make it sweeter by using a sweeter champagne, or limit the sweetness with a more Brut level. The Chambord adds the raspberry flavor and the color.
Adding raspberries as garnish is obvious, but did you know that rosemary sprigs adds a small burst to the cocktail? The pop of green is also a nice visual.
Mother’s Day Raspberry Bellini Ingredients:
5oz Prosecco
1.5oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
raspberries and rosemary for garnish
