Baked Potato Roses
These potato roses are simple to make but look so impressive as a side dish for your dinner table! You can season potato roses a few different ways.

- 3 ea baking potatoes
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- `2 tbsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Thinly slice potatoes and toss in 1/4 cup of olive oil, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Line up slices, slightly overlapped, along a sheet of wax paper and roll into roses. Stuff in oiled muffin tin and bake at 425 for 25-35 min.
