These creamy shrimp and salmon stuffed mushrooms are filling and tasty, and go a long way in large portabella mushroom caps! Top with green onions for color and crunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 container Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese
  • 8 pieces cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green tail onions, chopped
  • 4 large caps portabella mushrooms
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix chopped shrimp in with softened cream cheese until well combined. Grill mushroom caps in oil on stove until pliable, then stuff with cream cheese mixture and top with green tails. Cut into fourths and serve.
