Bacon Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 lb mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 strips bacoon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup scallions, sliced
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Pull stems from mushrooms and discard. Toss mushrooms in olive oil. Mix together cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and half of the scallions. Stuff each mushroom with the cream cheese mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.
