These delicious, low carb bacon cream cheese stuffed mushrooms will FLY off the plate, so make sure to make plenty!!
I first made these stuffed mushrooms for a girls night appetizer, and they were GONE in minutes. They are super tasty, low carb, perfect for a ketogenic diet, and simple to make! I’ve had requests to make them for pretty much every event since then. I mean, who doesn’t love bacon and cream cheese??
You can use stuffing mushrooms if you like, but honestly plain button mushrooms are the perfect size for finger food appetizers. The bigger mushrooms become a bit much for snacking, whereas the smaller mushrooms just pop right into your mouth!
Your next party will be incomplete without these stuffed mushrooms! #delish #lowcarbClick To Tweet
We used these mushrooms as a fun appetizer for our son’s Super Mario birthday party recently, labeling them as “Stuffed Goombas”. (For those not in the know, those are little mushroom enemies Mario stomps on.) I had promised to share the recipe, so here it is! These stuffed mushrooms are guaranteed to wow at your holiday party, tailgating party, or really any get together!
