1lbraw shrimp
1/4cup minced garlic
kosher salt to taste
Instructions
Add olive oil, kosher salt, and minced garlic to vacuum seal bag along with raw shrimp, de-tailed. Mix up well and seal. Place in water bath at 130 degrees for 30 minutes.
