Sous Vide Garlic Shrimp
Diced Garlic mixed with kosher salt and sous vide make up heaven.
- 1 lb raw shrimp
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- kosher salt to taste
- Add olive oil, kosher salt, and minced garlic to vacuum seal bag along with raw shrimp, de-tailed. Mix up well and seal. Place in water bath at 130 degrees for 30 minutes.
