Quickie Disney Decor

Quickie Disney Decor

Just a quickie today – I’ve been (thankfully) inundated with orders for Birthday Blocks, so I’m burning the candle at both ends.  I did want to sneak in enough time to share this cute craft with you though!

I grew up on Disney, and if you are a follower of my blog, you’ve seen my many Disney-related posts. I adore crafting about what I love.

For this Disney themed post, I decided to utilize my wonderful and much adored Cricut, with which I have many fun Disney cartridges. I love using quotes and childhood memories for decor purposes, so I decided to give my son’s room a little Disney inspiration. 🙂

Disney Decor

My favorite projects involve up cycling, and this one is no different.

The frame was missing the back, just the frame and glass, laying around waiting for a remodel. I wrapped the glass in the dark blue vinyl and layered the silhouettes from Peter Pan and the song lyrics on in black and aqua vinyl.

The longest part of the process was designing they layout in Cricut’s  online Craft room – assembly took less than 30 minutes!  Now my son has a bit of classic Disney wisdom adorning his Cars-crazy bedroom. 🙂

What is your favorite Disney movie? Would you ever use it to decorate with?
